Our prices online may be different from our physical stores prices and we do not match our online prices with our physical stores prices. We do not offer in-store pick up as some of our online items are only available at our shipping warehouse Philadelphia, Pa. or St. Louis, MO, or Florissant, MO.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship products from one or more of our three eCommerce distribution centers, located in St. Louis, MO, Florissant, MO & Philadelphia, Pa.
The estimated delivery time is 4-14 business days from when the order was originally placed.
Please allow additional delivery time for orders shipped a significant distance from your delivery location or for special carrier requirements (e.g., no receiver present, signature required, etc.).
Due to the high demands of our products & BEST PRICES, shipping may be up to 2 weeks. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

We'll also refund you for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (That's if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
All other returns/exchanges/refusal at no fault of our own, the buyer will be responsible for all the shipping and handling costs, plus 25% re-stocking fee.
Money Back Claims: All Unsatisfactory claims MUST return our products to get OUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE is within 5 days after delivery.
Auto Refund: Failure to respond to our email/phone communication within 3 days, result in cancellation of your order and a full refund will credited to your credit card account.
Out of stock items will be refunded automatically to your credit card account and you will need to reorder the item(s).
Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order once it has been submitted at checkout for more than 24 hours.
Damaged Claim: Must select the provided shipping insurance for your package. We are NOT responsible for shipping damages to your packages, if you did not select a shipping coverage for your items at the time of your purchases on our website. The insurance requires you to submit picture(s) of the damaged items/goods to africannaturals@ishopnaturals.com for refund or exchange, thank you.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Can I change the ship to address after I’ve submitted an order?
We will ship to the shipping address provided during order checkout. Please double check that you have selected the correct shipping address for your order before submitting the order. We cannot make any edits to the shipping address after the order has been placed.
International Shipping:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We ship to all US military bases or diplomatic location: APO, FPO or DPO addresses.
