Slippery Elm bark is tough, yet flexible, and has a fibrous texture. Frontier® Slippery Elm Inner Bark smells similar to Fenugreek but has a very mucilaginous taste. The soothing mucilage can be made as tea or used in ointments, poultices, throat lozenges and skin care products.
Directions
Safety Guideline: Take with at least 250 ml (8 oz.) of liquid. Other drugs should be taken at least 1 hour prior to or several hours after consumption.
