Directions

If desired, rehydrate before using by soaking in cool water for 30 minutes. Store in a dry place to prevent clumping.

Suggested Uses

Use them for garlic butter, mashed potatoes, pasta sauces, soups and mix with sea salt to make your own garlic salt. Rub them on meat our poultry skin before cooking.
