Coriander, cardamom and mace layer in complex spice flavor, while brown mustard, black peppercorn and chili peppers provide an extra bit of heat. This pickling blend adds extra spiciness and kick to your pickled vegetables without being over the top. Our bulk pickling spice is kosher certified and non-irradiated.

Suggested Uses

Great for pickling cucumbers, of course, but try it for pickling carrots, asparagus or any vegetables (or fruits) that you love with a kick of heat.
